luxurycars.ie is an independent comparison and information site for the Irish luxury and performance car market. This disclosure policy explains our commercial relationships and how we protect the editorial independence that our independence positioning depends on.
Per-lead dealer commissions
When you submit an enquiry through luxurycars.ie — whether via the "Get a Quote" form, a brand page enquiry form, or the contact page — we may receive a per-lead referral fee from Irish dealers if they receive your enquiry. The typical range for luxury vehicle leads is €30–€80 per qualified lead. This fee is paid by the dealer, not by you, and does not affect the price you pay for any vehicle.
Dealers pay for leads after they receive them — not for rankings, not for editorial tone, and not for inclusion in our directory. The existence of a commercial lead relationship with a dealer does not affect how that dealer is described, ranked, or assessed on this site.
Editorial independence
Our editorial verdicts on brands and dealers are independent of our commercial relationships. We do not accept payment to write positive reviews, to suppress negative information, to rank any dealer higher in listings, or to include specific promotional language in editorial content. All dealer and brand assessments are based on independently gathered information.
No paid listings or paid rankings
Dealer and brand listings on luxurycars.ie are not sold or paid for. Dealers and brands appear in our directory based on independently verified market presence. The ranking order of dealers and brands in our comparison tables is editorially determined — not commercially determined.
Sponsored content (if and when applicable)
luxurycars.ie does not currently publish sponsored editorial content. If sponsored content is introduced in future, every sponsored article or paid placement will be clearly labelled "Sponsored" or "Advertisement" in a prominent position before the content. Sponsored content will never appear as unattributed editorial. Editorial verdicts on brands and dealers will never be sold.
Price and information accuracy
Price information is gathered from publicly available sources, dealer websites, and published list prices. VRT calculations are indicative — the exact VRT on any vehicle depends on its OMSP as assessed by Revenue at point of registration. We recommend verifying all prices and VRT directly with Revenue (vtc.revenue.ie) and with dealers before committing to a purchase.
Experience-day affiliate links
Our driving experiences pages link to experience-day providers and gift-voucher platforms — including Golden Moments, Virgin Experience Gifts, Trackdays.co.uk, and individual Irish venues. Some of these are affiliate links: if you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission (typically up to around 10% of the sale), at no extra cost to you. We only recommend experiences we would be comfortable buying ourselves, and earning a commission never changes the order in which we rank providers.
Hire directory listings and lead fees
Our car-hire pages list luxury, supercar and wedding car operators. Operators may pay a listing or featured-placement fee to appear, and we may receive a per-enquiry fee when we route a hire enquiry to an operator. A paying relationship does not change our editorial description of an operator, and operators cannot pay to be ranked above more relevant or better-rated ones. External operator links are provided for convenience; always confirm fleet, insurance, terms and pricing directly before booking.

This site may also carry affiliate links to vehicle history check services (such as Cartell.ie) or other adjacent services. Where affiliate links are present, they will be identified. Any commission earned from such links does not affect the editorial assessments of those services.
