We also collect data automatically when you visit:
- Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referring URL, browser type — collected via Matomo Analytics, self-hosted in Ireland
- Server logs: IP address, access times, pages requested — retained for security purposes for 90 days
3. How we use your data
- Enquiry data is used to connect you with relevant Irish luxury car dealers in your selected area
- Contact messages are used to respond to your enquiry
- Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used and improve it
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of: (a) your consent when submitting an enquiry or contact form; (b) our legitimate interest in operating and improving this website.
5. Data sharing
Enquiry data (name, email, phone, brand/model interest, area) may be shared with Irish luxury car dealers relevant to your enquiry, for the purpose of providing you with quotes and information. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Analytics data is not shared with third parties.
6. Data retention
Enquiry and contact data is retained for 12 months from receipt. Analytics data is retained for 24 months.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
